David Carr, Medix Director of Business Operations in Nashville, Tennessee, joined ABC 2 News (WKRN) to share information about the changes in healthcare hiring trends during the COVID-19 pandemic as vaccinations ramp up.
“It started out with essential employees being temperature screeners and then evolved into contact tracing and COVID testing,” said Carr. While new roles opened up in the last year, more pressure was added to existing healthcare roles that were already spread thin.
